Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, file formats, and support at Med Board Courses.
How does the process work?
Place your order → we prepare your secure download link → you receive it by email. When we’re online, delivery is ~15 minutes; otherwise expect within 1–8 hours.
How will I receive the files?
Via secure Google Drive link by default. Prefer Pcloud or Mega? Tell us after checkout and we’ll deliver there.
Do the links expire?
Links are provided for long-term use. If a link ever stops working, email us and we’ll replace it quickly.
What file formats do you provide?
Videos: MP4/TS • Audio: MP3 • Documents: PDF/DOCX/PPTX—as described on each product page.
Are files easy to use on all devices?
Yes. Files are easily usable on phones, tablets, and computers.
Is the quality the same as the publisher?
Yes—our releases match the publisher’s original quality for video, audio, and documents.
Do you provide certificates?
No. We only provide the educational content (videos, audios, documents).
Why might a video name differ from the brochure?
Publishers sometimes rename or reorder lectures. Titles may be abbreviated but reflect the same content.
Any extra fees or taxes?
No. The price you see at checkout is the final price charged by Med Board Courses.
Is shipping involved?
No. All products are digital downloads delivered by secure link.
Can I request a course not on the site?
Absolutely—send us the title and publisher and we’ll source it at the best price.
Can you upload to my own cloud?
We can deliver to Pcloud or Mega on request. For account security, we recommend sending us a share/upload folder or requesting delivery to our default Google Drive link instead.
Can I share my files or links?
No. Your license is for personal use only. Please do not redistribute files or share links.
What if my link stops working?
Email us with your order number. We’ll refresh or replace the link quickly.
How fast is support?
Online: replies are typically within minutes. If we’re off-shift/sleeping: expect a response within 1–8 hours.
