How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
Your written notice must include all items below:
- Signature: Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Work Identified: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
- Location of Material: Exact URL(s) on medboard.courses and, if applicable, any file names or IDs referenced in the listing.
- Contact Info: Name, mailing address (if any), telephone, and email.
- Good-Faith Statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- Accuracy & Authority Statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.”
How to Submit a Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you are authorized to use the material, send a written counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address (if any), telephone, and email.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of competent courts and accepting service from the original complainant or their agent.
Repeat-Infringer Policy
Where applicable, we may disable access for users who are deemed repeat infringers and remove content or links at our discretion to protect IP rights.
